Where are you located?

We’re located at 2430 Esplanade Drive, Suite A, Algonquin, IL 60102. We’re just north of the intersection of South Randall Rd and Longmeadow Parkway.

What are your hours?

Our hours are: Mon: 9 – 6, Tues: 9 – 5, Wed: 9 – 6, Thurs: 9 – 5, Fri: 9 – 5. Saturday (by appointment 9am -12pm).  We are closed Sunday.

Do I need to book an appointment to be seen by a doctor?

To ensure that everyone is attended to in a timely manner, we ask that you call or book an appointment online. This allows us to give you our full attention during your allotted appointment period.

What insurance do you take?

We accept numerous insurance plans (probably too many to list fully here).  For example, we routinely treat patients with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice, Blue Cross Medicare Advantage PPO, Medicare (red white and blue), Medicare Advantage plans, Marketplace plans, Aetna (Medicare, Choice POS II), Cigna, Corvel, Coventry, Health Link, HFN/Zelis, Humana (PPO, HMO, POS, EPO), Integrated Health, Multiplan PHCS, Tricare, United Health Care, and UMR.  Our team can also help verify benefits to help establish coverage.  In the event we do not accept your insurance and/or there is no coverage for the anticipated treatment plan, we can work with you to help you get the needed care.

Are you taking new patients?

Do you treat children?

Absolutely! We love treating children and helping them learn about great foot care. Our professionals create a relaxing and calming environment that helps take the anxiety out of seeing a doctor.

Do you do surgical procedures?

Yes, there are day surgeries that we provide in the office. However, we also outsource to the hospital and will follow your treatment from pre-op to post-op. Our team is here to support you.

Do you offer custom Orthotics?

Yes, we use state of the art technology to scan the dimensions of your foot to craft a perfectly fitting orthotic.

Do you offer treatment for diabetic patients?

Absolutely! We have protocols dedicated to caring for diabetic food wounds as well as managing nerve damage caused by diabetes.

Do I need to be referred to your clinic by a doctor?

It is not necessary to get a referral from a general practitioner, we are more than happy to assess and diagnose your condition ourselves to ensure you get the best care possible.

What type of shoes are the best for me?

Our specialists will perform a series of diagnostic tests and precisely measure your feet so we can recommend the proper footwear for you! Don’t cram your feet into shoes that don’t support the natural form of your feet!

Do you offer a cash pay discount or payment plans?

Absolutely!  We offer cash pay discounts and payment plans to help address any financial concerns.  We strive to deliver the highest possible care to our patients while addressing any financial concerns as well.
